    I made the focaccia and it was incredible! I served as a sandwich with breaded chicken, pepperoni and salami. The kids loved it. I used four cups of flour for those without a scale.

    This is very different from how I make these breads. I normally kneed Boule a lot more and let it rise punch it down and proof it and don’t use a Dutch oven. For my focaccia I don’t kneed it and try to put as many air bubbles as possible.

    I made bread but forgot to let it rest. Once I pulled it out of the oven I thought it wasn’t done, so I put it in for fifteen more minutes. The entire thing came out as a giant brick of rubber-like dough.

    On your website you instruct to cook the no knead bread for a total of 30 minutes (2 x 15 minutes) however in the video it calls for a total of 1 hour (2 x 30 minutes). I was wondering if you could clarify this as you also don't list an exact temperature for the oven? Thank you.

    17,062.5mg is in 2 tablespoons of salt (4:17). your reccomended daily amount of salt by the NHS is 6000mg. just letting u know.
